OCS representatives will speak at Facilities Management 2016 (FM16), the leading FM expo at the NEC, Birmingham, on 22-24 March.
Julie Jackson, head of contract re-engineering, will join a panel debate on vested outsourcing. She will share her views on vested outsourcing and contribute to a discussion on how it can impact the future of the FM industry.

The debate: Vested outsourcing. What is vested outsourcing, what potential does it have in the FM sector? is on 23 March 2016 at 11 a.m.
NEC venue services manager Steve Neal will join Paul Thrupp, OCS account director NEC Group, to discuss how an FM strategy can mirror shared values to create a fully integrated, customer-centric solution. They will also explore the challenges faced by FMs when dealing with large and diverse contracts.
The seminar: The facilities management across the NEC estate, a diverse and challenging portfolio is on 24 March 2016 at 2 p.m.
FM16 will be co-located with Maintec, the Health and Safety Event, and will feature the Cleaning Zone. The programme includes 17 educational seminars delivered by 26 industry leaders on topics ranging from measuring FM contracts and workplace productivity, to building a personal brand and learning why bugs are the new key ingredient for today's corporate athlete.
