The benefits of bringing the natural world into the office have been well known for some time. Research has shown that interiors accented with natural elements have a measurable positive impact on wellbeing and productivity.


This knowledge has led facilities managers to focus on the benefits the outside space can bring to health and wellbeing in addition to improvements in building appearance and ecology.

Cerys Jones, Client Relationship Director, OCS, has contributed to an article on the benefits of providing outside spaces for employees, highlighting in particular the needs of Millennials who seek employers who will provide them with the best environment in which they can succeed.
