OCS Provides 'One Complete Solution' For i2 Office
International facilities services provider OCS has won the contract to supply a comprehensive range of services to i2 Office, the company shaping the office of the future, at its headquarters and serviced offices in Milton Keynes. The OCS Group will provide reception desk services, ‘meet and greet’ staff, office vending services, cleaning and waste management and – through its Cannon brand – confidential waste destruction and consumables, as well as a range of washroom and feminine hygiene services. OCS document management services, including archiving and records management, print management and reprographics, will help to ensure that i2 Office print and electronic data is kept secure – a service which can also be extended to i2 Office’s clients.
In the current economic downturn, with large areas of office space lying vacant, OCS and i2 Office aim to develop their partnership with the Group identifying suitable unoccupied client office space which can be offered as serviced offices to i2 Office customers.
