Sheila Newton joins OCS as Managing Director for the Government Sector. This is a newly created role in the company’s UK senior line-up. Sector specialist Newton will build on OCS’s existing experience and expertise in the Government Sector, continuing to grow the organisation’s eligibility as a supplier for the Crown Commercial Service Facilities Management Framework.

Newton joins OCS following a 35 year career in FM within the public and private sectors at both operational and strategic levels. She has played a significant role at director level in a number of key organisations providing a diverse range of hard and soft FM services to the health and education sectors. More recently, Newton was the director of services at international support services firm G4S, where she managed a high profile TFM government contract.
