Leading support services provider OCS Group UK Limited has today acquired TM Facilities Services Ltd (TMFS). The deal further enhances the company’s offering in the health, safety and environmental compliance services market.
TMFS, which employs over 70 field based engineers covering the whole of the UK, has a strong capability within the compliance market with a range of services including portable appliance testing, fixed wire electrical installation and environmental (legionella, noise, air quality, asbestos) testing services.
The agreement sees OCS take control of all TM Facilities Services Ltd assets including contract turnover approaching £5m and provides access to a number of blue-chip and public sector customers.
OCS Group UK Managing Director Martin Gammon said, “The acquisition of TM Facilities Services strengthens our Environmental & Compliance business unit which already features a range of compatible services including waste management, BREEAM-in-use consultancy and safety risk assessment. The addition of a profitable, national and successful business such as TMFS complements our strategy and will benefit our existing customers enormously. This deal further strengthens our position in the UK total facilities management market”.
