Concept Evolution™ is designed to streamline planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks as well as reactive tasks. The PPM module in Concept Evolution™ gives you command of your day to day FM requirements and also delivers KPI performance monitoring along with a full audit trail across the lifecycle of any task.
Our CAFM system also includes a comprehensive 24/7 Helpdesk service which integrates with existing procedures. The CAFM Helpdesk log requests and initiates actions, serve as a source of information and a communications hub between the client, OCS and any third party contractors.
The facilities booking module is fully customisable by user, provides a flexible set of tools and options to simplify the booking of meeting rooms and equipment, catering, hot desks, training facilities, parking spaces and pool cars as well as internal or external charging for bookings.
Concept Evolution™ is hosted by OCS and is web-enabled and compatible with mobile devices so there is no need for clients to be on the OCS network. Our dedicated team of implementation managers and a CAFM training and support team ensure OCS can self-deliver stand-alone CAFM solutions.
