Jackie has extensive external communications experience and has used her skills in a range of roles for private sector organisations and leading voluntary agencies. Jayne has been a member of the OCS team since 2006, she joined after a number of years in a communications role; she brings a wide knowledge of the facilities industry to the team and plays a key role in news sourcing and editing.
